Binoculars with digital camera bad picture?

I got Seal binoculars with digital camera built in, rather cheap so didn't expect miracles, but its 'amazing' shutter speed and picture quality are mentioned a lot, but the pictures and webcam feature are very blurry and bad quality. Is this not meant to happen, or is it normal and it's just not a good quality camera?

I’m not familiar with your particular setup, but I’m guessing that the video is recorded at 320×480 resolution, which is very low and not even ideal for even Youtube.
If it was cheap, it’s probably because of bad quality
