In my experience, you remove your glasses when using binoculars, and they generally have an adjustment on one of the eye pieces that allows you to compensate for vision differences in your eyes. Eye relief relates to scopes.
about 18 mm. Some recommend less, but that is not my experience. I do wear glasses and I do have two pair of binoculars. One pair has less than 18 mm and the other about 20 mm. The 20 mm are much much better. Also get a pair with a wide field of view.
