Is it okay to watch a beloved with binoculars i love them?

So a while ago i fell in love with my neighbor, Jimbo (heaven to look at) it was Def. love at first sight.He is really sweet and we used to talk alot until he found out when he was at work i would go into his house and masterbate to his beautiful pictures..since then he got a restraining order and no longer wants to be my friend i still watch him through his window whenever possible with binoculars i was wondering if this was Ok?
