Is the first row of the front mezzanine good for Phantom of the Opera? Would I need binoculars?

We could be in the Orchestra for the same price but that seems too close. Am I wrong on this?

Broadway theaters aren’t huge, you shouldn’t need binoculars no matter where you sit. I personally like the mezzanine myself, it gives an elevated angle to see the choreography in two dimensions, since you’re slightly elevated above the stage’s level.

Sitting in the orchestra for Phantom is actually fun because the Chandelier drops right in front of you. It looks kind of funny from the mezzanine…but I guess other than that it makes no difference.
