Should I attend the local stalkers convention or just watch it from my binoculars?

Definitely hide in the bushes across the street and watch, … maybe install some listening and filming equipment in the place, beforehand, and watch from home.

That depends, are you a stalker, or the person being stalked? Either way it would give you good insight into a stalkers thinking process. If you are being stalked-the 2 worst things you can do are avoid the situation, and show fear to the stalker.
