The key to finding a pair of binoculars that you can use while wearing glasses is the eye relief of the binoculars. At least 16 mm should be specified. Some brands say they have 16 mm but it is suspect. Basically the more the better.

Here is about the least expensive pair that will meet your needs. Note that they are porro prism rather than roof prism. These days roof are more popular than porro but functionally they are as good except despite the advertised being waterproof they may not be. It is very difficult to make porro waterproof and fogproof.
I always took my glasses off and adjusted the eye pieces to compensate for the slightly different needs of each eye.
