No. If they are permanently set to long distance focus for an average person with perfect vision, then they will not be in focus if you don’t have average perfect vision, or if you want to look at closer subjects like birds. Plus the quality of binoculars this cheap will not be very good even if you are an an average person with perfect vision looking at distant objects.

First off, they’re too cheap to be of any quality. Fixed focus limits what you can view clearly a great deal. I’d look for something you can focus.

Must be junk! Any decent pair of binoculars has center focusing.
    Set-up:
    1. Use the center focus to focus on a object. When in focus go to “2″
    2. adjust the eyepiece that rotates to focus that eye. When in focus, then
    3. all you have to do when you move to another subject is use the “center-focus” and that’s all!

I went to Walmart’s site and they are awful inexpensive for the claims they are making. But on the other hand bino’s without center focus makes them very expensive. Plus I never heard of this brand.

I think you should go with Bushnell PowerView 10×50 Wide Angle Binocular

    Wide-angle view
    10x magnification
Field of view of 341 feet at 1,000 yards
    Insta-Focus 1-touch focusing system
Includes carrying case and neck strap
